Point Defects and Defect Interactions in Metals, p.705 - 707, 1982/00

アルミニウム金属結晶中における、小さな点欠陥クラスタ(格子間原子ループや空孔ループ、ボイドなど)の多波格子像が、マルチ・スライス理論により、種々の結像条件のもとで計算された。その解析結果から、これらの欠陥の微細構造同定に関する情報は、高い加速電圧(500KV)でのschezer焦点外れ条件の像で、多く得られることが明らかになった。
